This 8-class, 15+ hour course, is full of information, practice sessions, tools, strategies, visualizations and supplementary material to give you your best shot at a natural birth. The course is the only online childbirth class available that is led by a Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) and Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC). I have watched and reviewed a lot of fabulous online childbirth classes, but none have been more entertaining, engaging, and informative than the Mama Natural Birth Course.
I love the “morning talk show” style presentation of material, supplementary videos and segments, segments just for dad, and interviews with real-life couples who succeeded at a natural birth. Genevieve and Maura really connect with you through the camera in a way that makes you feel like you’re chatting with a highly educated and informed friend. They will leave you feeling confident and empowered, by no exaggeration.
Each class includes a class video with a variety of entertaining and informative segments on the class’ topic. Additionally, each class has a separate practice video, a natural birth video clip, relevant PDFs for download, and scores of additional reading and resources. There is also a quiz required to unlock the next lesson. I love how every class has a segment just for dads and interviews with real life couples that succeeded with a natural birth.
Another aspect of the Mama Natural Birth Course that is unique, is that upon enrolling you will be sent a special package and letter from Genevieve. It includes a deck of high quality birth affirmation cards, and a beautiful handmade bracelet from their charity partner.
