2 cups coconut cream (or coconut milk, but cream will be thicker)
1 cup apple juice
5 bananas (unpeeled)
(optional) 1 drop pure vanilla extract
(optional) pinch of cinnamon powder
Directions:
1Place banana in a pan and cover with water. Bring to boil and cook for 10 minutes or until banana is soft and skin has darkened.
2Drain bananas and leave to cool before peeling.
3Combine apple juice, coconut cream and, if desired vanilla extract in a pan and bring to boil. Add bananas and cook for 3 minute sir until heated through.
4Serve warm. Sprinkle with cinnamon powder.
5Refrigerate for 3 days or freeze up to 3 months.
