Sourcing standards

Health and safety claims cite primary sources: national health services, paediatric professional bodies, and regulators. We do not cite other blogs as evidence. Where we describe a product's specification, it comes from the manufacturer's own documentation.

What we will not do

We do not publish AI-generated medical content, we do not run sponsored posts dressed as editorial, and we do not claim to have tested a product we have not handled.

Expert reviewers

Specialist topics are written or checked by someone qualified in that field, credited by name on the article.
